My name is Anthony “Tony” Federici and I am a LIcensed Professional Counselor licensed in the state of New Jersey. I am a former Sergeant in the U.S. Army having served over 4 years active duty out of Ft. Lewis, WA as a Combat Engineer. I served from 2002-2007 with 2 combat tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF 2 and OIF 4). I am also currently certified as a paramedic in the state of New Jersey and continue to work per diem for Inspira Medical Center.

I am passionate about working with veterans and first responders who are struggling with the stressors of their service whether past or present. Whether you’re transitioning into the civilian world, healing from professional experiences, or looking to rebuild relationships (romantic or otherwise). I work with people who desire to feel understood by someone who has lived experience and is willing to assist each person achieve personal growth. It is my honor to assist each individual or couple who is ready to stop surviving and start thriving!

I provide support for veterans and first responders dealing with the effects of traumatic brain injury (TBI). I focus on helping clients develop effective coping strategies for common TBI challenges, such as memory loss, difficulty with concentration, emotional regulation, and mood swings. I also address the frustration and isolation that can come with these struggles. By offering tools for emotional resilience and mindfulness, I help individuals rebuild confidence, manage stress, and improve daily functioning.
